Hi, I'm Hernan and I am Here because I wanna improve my self-confidence.! I think that this will be a great week for me because I get to try new things, and some that I have never tried before like the ropes course. I also think that this week will be fun because I'm with some of my friends! and yeah. I guess I'm exited ?

I hope that you learn a lot from the institute and take many new skills and qualities back home. I hope that you come out of your comfort zone so that you can develop more self confidence and trust.
